Return policy

Refunds

We have a no-questions-asked refund policy within 30 days of delivery date.  We only ask that you provide us with a reason for your return to help us improve ourselves and our products. 

Requesting a return

1. Contact Us
To start the returns process, email us at customersolutions@aampglobal.com with your name, order number, phone number, email, and reason for your return.

 

2. Receive Return Authorization & Shipping Label
Once your return form is received, one of our customer support representatives will reach out with a return authorization form. A return authorization form is required by our manufacturers to authenticate all returns. You will also receive a shipping label.

 

3. Carefully Pack & Ship Item(s)
Using the provided shipping label, please carefully pack the item(s) and ship the package back to us. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and contain all items in the original package. Original packaging is appreciated, but not required. However, if returned items are used, damaged, or missing any parts, or damaged during return shipping, you may not be eligible for a refund or your refund may be deducted to cover any loss.

 

4. Post Refund
Once the returned product is received, you will be refunded via your original payment method. You will receive an automated email to notify you of the completed refund. Once you receive notification of your completed refund, please allow 7 business days for the processing and refunding of your account. If after 7 business days you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank or financial institution and credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

If your item was received damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace the item at no cost to you. Follow the same steps for "Requesting a Return"above. Please be sure to mention an exchange in the “Reason For Return” field.

Warranties

Unless otherwise noted below, products sold under the  iSimple brand names carry a one-year warranty for manufacturer defect. The warranty is for credit or replacement of product except where otherwise noted and does not cover installation or other costs associated with replacement or exchange. Abuse or misuse of product voids all warranties.
